What counts as a user?

Is there a minimum?

Yes, 10 users. ScaleForms is built for scale service companies with technicians in the field, and the pricing reflects a real multi-tech operation.

Are there modules or add-ons to buy?

No. Every user gets everything: the office web app, the SFMobile field app, ScalePix photo capture, the form builder, PDF and email delivery, and the customer portal.

What about setup and my existing data?

Your company gets its own subdomain and dedicated database, and we import your customers, equipment, and users from CSV as part of onboarding.
